Here are some helpful tips on how you can use what you eat to manage common digestive problems like peptic/stomach ulcers or gastritis:

All-in-all, remember to maintain a nutritious balanced diet:

Have a balanced plate. This means including individual equal portions of:

  • An energy-giving food (a high-fibre carbohydrates/starch) - whole grains, cereals, whole grain bread or wholemeal flour products.

  • A body-building food (animal or plant protein) - a wide variety of legumes (beans, green grams, lentils and peas of all types), lean meats, chicken, fish, milk, eggs, or nuts and nut products.

  • A protective food (vitamins & minerals) - leafy green vegetables, brightly colored vegetables and/or a variety of fruits.

Since we have a nutritionist on our team, you can reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding your diet. Book a session with an Antara Nutritionist through the Antara App or by clicking here.
