Activity Milestone: Daily Intense Exercise

Welcome to your new Activity Plan! It’s great that you’re dedicated to fitness and health. Here are a few ideas on how to improve your fitness regimen and take things to the next level, as well as how to adjust your regimen in this time of Coronavirus.

Check out this link to the Nike Training Club for amazing home workouts for all levels. They have amazing training sessions, and it’s FREE. You should be doing at least the following:

  • Strength Training: choose a strength training regimen that challenges you and tell us which one it is. If you want help choosing a regimen that is right for you, let us know.

  • Cardio: choose a cardio regimen that challenges you and let us know what it is. Let us know if you want help selecting one that is right for you.

  • Nutrition: Depending on your goals, your diet can help you get the most out of your fitness regimen. Let us know if you would like us to provide nutrition guidance and even meal plans to support your efforts.
